Extremely valuable as it helped me understand the role of counselling much more and I have had to research a lot more about aged care, which further enhanced my job. I liked the way it was presented and the structure, made it easy to follow and understand. Self learning is much more beneficial to the overall learning process and having to do assignments ensures that you do the research and not just regurgitate the information. Karen is a very good tutor and I have very relevant feedback that I can work on and utilise.
